Alexis Dodge

Alexis Dodge is a criminal defense attorney based in Columbus, Ohio who represents individuals accused of criminal offenses throughout Central Ohio. Her practice focuses primarily on criminal defense, including felony and misdemeanor charges, OVI charges, violent offenses, drug cases, and protection order cases.

Alexis approaches every case with the belief that thorough preparation and strategic advocacy are the foundation of effective criminal defense. She carefully analyzes the evidence, challenges unlawful searches and seizures, and hold the state to its burden of proof at every stage of the case.

Before founding her own practice, Alexis spent more than six years working in criminal defense, first as a legal assistant and law clerk and later as an associate attorney. During that time, she gained extensive courtroom experience handling pre-trial motions to suppress, contested hearings, and jury trials.

Alexis grew up in South Bend, Indiana and attended Purdue University before obtaining her Juris Doctor Degree from Capital University. Alexis is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, the Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the Columbus Bar Association.
